we know, we know, where have you guys been you ask? well, it was summer, ramadan, eid all in the space of 2 months, so we thought it would be a great idea to slow down the gigs and work on our songs a bit more you know. which we did and slowly but surely getting closer to having the first mojolaters music album, the aim of every band really, well almost every band.

but!!! that doesnt mean we dont wanna jam out, coz lets face it, we love it! so al manshar rotana have got us on their bill this coming october. So on the 6th at around 8.30, make sure your there, and its on the roof, for those who have been already know, but it is UBER cool!! and definitely something you dont want to miss out on!! so call up the hotel and make sure you book your seats and get ready for another night of live music under the kuwaiti stars

well what can we say, we had a brilliant night playing music for you guys! seriously! the crowd was fantastic and supportive, equipment was all in working order, and well…we were in very good spirits!

we hopefully have a few more spots coming soon, but we are busy waiting to see what the ministry is saying when it comes to this sort of thing…so when we know, you will know!

but we just wanna say we had a great night and hope you all did too and thank you for all your support!

well bad news, the gig at cafe supreme has been cancelled and is unfortunately out of our control.

I guess as a blues band we should be used to hearing bad news, but still it hurts!

anyway we will keep you posted with any updates (if any), and remember on the 26th may we have a gig at the al manshar rotana

hey there fans, readers and general public

hope you’ve all had a good start to the week. an update on whats what, we are kickin it at the al manshar rotana hotel next week, thats right, the team there have organised a night of blues and jazz, and to add a little extra, its a double whammy of music.

to start the night off we have our good friends the desert catz big band, these groovy bunch of musicians play a great set of jazz standards that will have your head boppin!

then, us, the mojolaters, will be continuing the show, and do what we do best, playing the blues (covers and originals) for you guys til late in the evening!

you might have heard, the band members took a bit of time out to travel and get some holiday time in to soak up the sun, enjoy some free time, and well, overall relax… but holidays are over and the band is back to business.

working on a few up coming gigs which we will be posting about shortly, we are in full throttle to get the show on the road and hopefully will be using the quiet summer to get some bookings for the end of the year and prepare for some serious studio time.

anyway make sure you keep an eye on on the page, as lots of things are coming up that you dont want to miss, thats for sure!!! but for now, enjoy the summer heat

well as you may know, we had a gig last saturday at GUST to raise funds for PAWS and Operation Hope.

there was some really good talent there, and we really enjoyed the show, especially the crowd when it was our turn to play on stage. also a huge thanks to helen newton who organised the whole show!

luckily for us, a big fan recorded our whole show so we have put it up on our youtube and facebook page, so you can check them out there or just check the side bar
